Long-Term Disability Programs: Is Your Income Protected?
- Group and individual plans available.
- Both pay up to 75% of one's monthly salary.
- Pays up to Lifetime benefits
- Covers any injury or illness, on-duty or off-duty.
- Death Benefit $15,000 On-Duty or Off-Duty
- Only $15.00 per month (Can be home billed).

Volunteer Accident & Medical Plan
- Our benefits apply while insured members are performing an activity of the organization.
- All classes of membership are covered equally.
- Covered Injuries exclude organized league athletics, as they can be purchased separately. Covered illnesses exclude mental stress, as it is covered in its own section, which is discussed below.
