Long-Term Disability Programs: Is Your Income Protected?

  • Both pay up to 75% of one's monthly salary.
  • Pays up to Lifetime benefits
  • Covers any injury or illness, on-duty or off-duty.
  • Death Benefit $15,000 On-Duty or Off-Duty
  • Only $12.00 per month (Can be home billed).

Volunteer Accident & Medical Plan

  • Our benefits apply while insured members are performing an activity of the organization.
  • All classes of membership are covered equally.
  • Covered Injuries exclude organized league athletics, as they can be purchased separately. Covered illnesses exclude mental stress, as it is covered in its own section, which is discussed below.
