The 2007 California Consumer Complaint Study conducted by the California Department of Insurance (CDI) names California Casualty (underwriter of the A+ program) as the highest-rated auto insurance company in the state.

The study is published to assist consumers with their insurance purchase by ranking companies according to their justified complaint ratio.
