Keep Your Identity Safe - Worldwide

Getting ready to take on the world? Peak travel season is gearing up now, as summer is quickly approaching.

As you start to finalize your vacation plans - booking your airline and hotel reservations and begin to pack - don't forget to plan for your safety and security while away on your trip.

No one wants to think about what happens if, while overseas, you lost your license, passport, airline or train tickets. How would you know how and where to get replacements, deal with law enforcement officials or government bureaucracies and even credit reporting agencies, all while thousands of miles from home?

Now you don't have to worry. California Casualty provides free Identity Travel Assistance to our customers. The free service, powered by Identity Theft 911, is available to all California Casualty A+ program policyholders.

The service includes the ability to call toll-free (or collect) from anywhere in the world to receive unlimited one-on-one access to a highly experienced fraud specialist. This specialist will help you with emergency travel arrangements, as well as take all proactive measures needed to protect against the fraudulent use of your lost information.

This fraud specialist acts as your personal advocate, assisting you in matters ranging from filing a local police report to reporting stolen or lost passports – critical prerequisites for obtaining new documentation as well as replacement credit or debit cards. This advocate will also serve as a communications hub to help you relay messages during this tumultuous time.

Your Identity Theft 911 personal advocate will remain by your side until your situation is resolved and will follow up to prevent damages upon your return home.

When planning your trip abroad, and assembling your important documentation, be sure to include the important Identity Theft Travel Assistance phone numbers that can be found when you log on to www.MyAPlus.com.

As an added service for our customers, California Casualty is also offering a free travel tips brochure. Be sure to check it out, at http://www.calcas.com/idtraveltips.pdf for a copy.
