Retired Beverly Hills Fire Captain and Beverly Hills Fireman's Association icon Art Davis passes

Retired Beverly Hills Fire Captain and Beverly Hills Fireman's Association icon Art Davis passed away February 14, 2010 after a lengthy battle with cancer. Art was 75 years old. He hired onto the Beverly Hills Fire Department on March 4, 1964 and retired on July 16,1999, a career spanning over 35 years. Art was well known throughout the state as a leader in labor relations, particularly in the area of negotiations. Services for Art will be held on Saturday February 27, 2010 at 11:00 am in the Galleria at Inglewood Park Cemetery. The address for the cemetery is 720 E. Florence Ave, Inglewood, CA 90301. After the service there will be a reception held at Beverly Hills Fire Department Headquarters Station located at 445 North Rexford Drive, Beverly Hills, CA 90210.
