Give the Gift of an Annual CSFA Membership!

To give a CSFA Annual Membership as a gift to a currently active firefighter, please fill out the form below. We will verify the department information for the recipient and then call or email you promptly. There is no need for your credit card information at this time. The annual membership dues are $75.00 and will be the final fee for the membership gift. A gift card will be mailed in your name along with the membership card to the recipient of your membership gift.
