Which Membership Type Is Right For You?

Click on the red Member Type Name you wish to join. Once you click on which membership type is right for you, you will automatically be directed to our online renewal system. If you prefer to not join online, you can download the Membership Application and mail it to the CSFA office at PO Box 189187, Sacramento, CA 95818.  In order to access your CSFA membership benefits an email address and online account are required. CSFA exclusively communicates via digital platforms.

Active Member: $85.00

Suppression, prevention, training, dispatchers, mechanics & non clerical administrative personnel.

Retired: $42.50

Retired from the California fire service.

Associate Member: $85.00

Clerical or an interest in the fire service.

Student: $42.50

Students enrolled in fire technology programs. Student members may not be employed by a paid or volunteer fire department.

Business Member: $500

For businesses that support the California fire service.
*Benefits for Business Members are different from other member classifications.

Explorer: $42.50

Fire Explorer membership is limited to the duration that the member is a Fire Explorer, up to the age of 21, not to exceed 6 renewals.
