Conducting business with CSFA during the Covid-19 pandemic

Dear CSFA member:

As you are probably aware, CSFA’s day-to-day operations have been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, and our staff is working remotely in accordance with the Governor’s mandate that non-essential personnel remain at home.

Our staff members only go to the office rarely to take care of tasks which they are unable to complete remotely (e.g. collecting physical  mail), that are essential to keep our operation running.

Therefore, during this time we strongly encourage members to utilize our online platform (www.csfa.net) to renew memberships. Other membership questions can be answered most efficiently via email at membership@csfa.net

We are not taking orders for CSFA decals at this time, but other CSFA-branded merchandise can be purchased through the CSFA online store (https://www.csfa.net/CSFA/CalFF/Store ).

Please understand that since our staff is working remotely, responses to telephone calls may be delayed, and again, I must emphasize for fastest service, please utilize email if you have membership questions.

We value your membership, your cooperation, and your patience as we all work collaboratively to help flatten the curve in California during these challenging times. Stay safe and stay healthy.
