About the Al Mozingo Leadership Resources Library

CSFA member Al Mozingo (El Cajon Fire Department, retired) has graciously provided access to his vast library of training resources, created over his more than three decades as an instructor in Organizational Development specializing in Leadership. Mr. Mozingo is a nationally-recognized fire service consultant, conference speaker, training officer, National Fire Academy instructor and author. Over his career he has presented more than 2,500 classes/seminars/workshops. He holds a Fire Science Degree, a teaching credential, and a Bachelors in Technical Education. In addition, he was the author of “The Leadership Corner” in several fire service journals published throughout the United States, and has published more than 350 articles, and has authored a number of books.

Mr. Mozingo’s resources are provided here for reference and use by all CSFA members who aspire to become future fire service leaders.
