Prior training experience is a prerequisite. \nThe 2-day course includes the following subjects: \n• Components of the CSTI hazmat training program \n• Laws and regulations that apply to hazmat training \n• Description of the CSTI hazmat curricula \n• Certification procedures for state-certified hazmat classes \n• Summary of the CSTI testing and safety policies \nThe course combines a variety of training techniques including lectures\, class activities and tabletop exercises.
