How to Claim Your CSFA Membership Account

If you have not received an email from our system asking you to claim your CSFA Membership Account, please try these things first before calling or emailing the main office:

  1. Visit
  2. Click Member Login on the top right as illustrated below

3. After clicking Member Login, you will see this page:

4.  Click “Forgot your password or haven’t activated your account?”

5.   You will see the following page:

6.  Enter the email address associated with your account and press submit. If your account is found, an email will be sent to this address with instruction about how to claim your account and reset your password

7.  If your account is NOT found, you will see this screen:

8.  If your email address is not found, it is because we either do not have an email address on file for you or you have changed your email address since you originally purchased your membership. If this happens, please email [email protected] or call 800-451-2732 and a membership specialist will assist you.

9.  Once you have created your credentials and updated your member information, you will be asked to choose a member level. If you have a current membership, the information will display at the top of the screen, including your renewal date. Select the appropriate member level.

10.  If your membership has a future renewal date, please select skip payment. Otherwise, please make a payment for your member dues.
