Two proposed Constitutional Amendments are ready for review

Below are links to two proposed CSFA Constitutional Amendments. These amendments are available to read and following a 60-day posting period on www.csfa.net, which began March 13, 2024, CSFA members will be able to vote to approve or to reject these amendments, via a secure online voting method. Approval will require a two-thirds majority of the votes cast.

  • The document “Amendment document 11-10-23” includes several proposed Constitutional amendments dealing with: Associate members, Officer Progression, Amendment process and related re-numbering. Within the document the added text is shown in blue, and the deleted language is shown in red.

  • The document “Proposal to create a Retiree Officer” would amend articles III and IV by adding a Retiree Officer to the CSFA Board of Officers and describing the Retiree Director’s duties. Within the document the added text is shown in blue, and the deleted language is shown in red.
