O2X Women’s Wellness Workshop sponsored by OCFA, specifically tailored to address the unique health and wellness needs and challenges faced by women in the fire service.  This two-day workshop, scheduled on December 15 and 16, from 9am to 5pm, at OCFA’s Headquarters in Irvine, aims to provide comprehensive education, support and resources to enhance the overall well-being and resilience of our female firefighting professionals.

O2X is a nationally recognized company that works specifically with tactical athletes and focuses on the core issues that they face.  This Women’s Wellness Workshop is the first of its kind on the West Coast and we are excited to offer up additional attendance spots, at no cost, to our colleagues in the surrounding OC area fire departments. We hope to have as many female firefighters attend as possible and look forward to hosting them over the two-day workshop.
