- Exposure Reporting: We understand the importance of reporting exposures in a compliant manner. Unfortunately, our Exposure Reporting System will be temporarily unavailable from this time until the end of summer. While our Exposure Reporting System is temporarily unavailable, please continue to keep detailed records of any new exposures, including the type of exposure, dates of exposure, incident number, location, and the type of activity that led to the exposure.
