Start by mapping out your meals for the week. Keep it simple, especially when you’re just getting started.
2. Consider Your Storage Space
Before prepping multiple meals, assess how much fridge and freezer space you have. Having all your meals ready to grab is great – until you realize you can’t fit them all in.
3. Make a Grocery List and Shop Once
Plan your meals, write a grocery list, and do all your shopping in one trip. This not only saves time but also prevents unnecessary purchases. You’ll avoid buying duplicates and wasting food.
4. Prep Ingredients in Bulk
Chop all your veggies and fruits at once. If one recipe calls for two bell peppers and another calls for one, cut them all together to save time….
